Limited Warranty
A Theracycle is manufactured using high-quality components by skilled product technicians. We stand behind the quality of our products with a One-Year Limited Warranty covering eligible parts and labor under the terms outlined below.
The warranty period begins on the date of installation
ALL PARTS OF THE THERACYCLE ARE COVERED FOR ONE YEAR DURING THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD.
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
The Theracycle is a mechanical device. Regular maintenance, including tightening of hardware and standard adjustments that may become necessary through normal use, is considered normal maintenance and is not covered under warranty.
Replacement parts are available for purchase after the warranty period expires.
Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Routine maintenance or adjustments
Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper assembly, improper installation, improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or failure to follow instructions or warnings in the owner’s manual
Use of the product in any manner other than its designed, recommended, or intended purpose
Damage caused during customer-performed transport, relocation, storage, or return shipment
Service calls resulting from improper assembly or user error
Any repairs not approved by Theracycle Technical Support and/or performed by a non-authorized technician may void the warranty.
Theracycle reserves the right to determine whether any part or issue is covered under warranty.
Warranty Service & Shipping
Stackspin Inc. d/b/a Theracycle will cover the cost of eligible replacement parts and approved warranty labor during the warranty period.
Shipping and handling charges for warranty parts are the customer’s responsibility. Warranty parts will be shipped using the most economical shipping method unless otherwise requested by the customer.
A valid credit card may be required before warranty parts are shipped.
Theracycle may first attempt to resolve issues through phone, email, or video troubleshooting before authorizing replacement parts, repairs, or service.
Theracycle is not responsible for labor charges, technician fees, or travel expenses not expressly authorized in writing.
Assembly Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the proper assembly and installation of the product.
Theracycle is not liable for issues, malfunctions, or damage resulting from improper assembly, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow assembly instructions.
While our engineering and support team may provide reasonable technical assistance by phone, email, or video, Theracycle does not assume responsibility for customer-performed assembly or third-party assembly services.
Return Policy
Theracycle offers a 14-Day In-Home Trial Period beginning on the date the unit is delivered.
Approved returns are subject solely to the conditions outlined in this policy.
All return requests must be submitted within the 14-day trial period.
Orders may only be canceled before shipment from our warehouse. Once an order has shipped, the order cannot be canceled and will be subject to the applicable return policy, return shipping costs, and return fees.
Return Authorization Requirement
All returns require prior written Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) approval from Theracycle before any product is returned.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

A bill of lading and return instructions may be provided upon approval.
Return Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return:
The product must be returned within fourteen (14) days of return authorization approval.
The product must be returned in the original packaging and original shipping carton.
The product must be returned in clean, resellable condition with all original accessories, parts, manuals, hardware, and components included.
Customers are responsible for properly disassembling and repackaging the product and all related expenses associated with any third-party service.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and related expenses to ship to our warehouse unit.
Products showing excessive wear, scratches, odors, stains, smoke exposure, pet hair, misuse, missing parts, improper packaging, or physical damage may be denied for return or subject to additional fees and deductions.
Custom units modified to meet specific customer requirements are non-returnable.
International purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.
Theracycle is not responsible for disassembly, repackaging, pickup coordination, or arranging in-home packing services. Customers may hire a local technician, white-glove service, or moving company at their own expense if assistance is needed.
Disassembly instructions may be provided upon request.
If replacement packaging is required, Theracycle may provide replacement cartons for an additional fee of $500 plus shipping costs, subject to availability.
Return Fees & Refunds
Approved returns are subject to a mandatory non-refundable $500 return and evaluation fee per unit.
This fee covers product inspection, sanitization, testing, repackaging, handling, administrative processing, and logistics associated with the return process.
Any additional costs incurred by Theracycle due to improper packaging, damage, missing parts, excessive wear, freight charges, storage fees, or additional labor required upon return will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Original shipping charges, white glove service charges, financing fees, financing interest charges, storage fees, handling charges, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Credit card or check refunds will only be issued after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved at our facility.
Credit card refunds may require the customer to provide the original payment card information, as Theracycle does not store full payment card details.
Refund processing times may vary depending on inspection completion and financial institution processing times.
For Theracycle units purchased using a financing plan, Theracycle will initiate cancellation with the financing company only after the product is received, inspected, and approved at our facility. Customers remain responsible for any financing payments due before completion of the return process.
Shipping Restrictions
For fraud prevention and delivery security purposes:
Orders may only be shipped to verified residential delivery addresses.
Theracycle reserves the right to refuse shipment to business addresses, freight forwarding companies, mail forwarding services, PO boxes, storage facilities, or unauthorized third-party addresses.
Orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized resale activity, or payment irregularities may be delayed, canceled, or refused at Theracycle’s discretion.
White Glove Delivery Services
White Glove Inside Delivery and Assembly services are subject to availability and are offered at an additional cost separate from the purchase price of the Theracycle.
White-glove delivery fees are non-refundable.
Third-party white glove providers are independent contractors. Theracycle is not liable for delays, damages, missed appointments, scheduling conflicts, installation issues, or service quality associated with third-party delivery or assembly providers.
Product Storage
Theracycle can accommodate storage and scheduled shipment requests prior to shipment when arrangements are made in advance.
Any storage charges, re-delivery fees, carrier holding fees, cancellation fees, or additional shipping expenses incurred as a result of delayed delivery, customer-requested scheduling changes, failed delivery attempts, or cancellation requests after shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Warranty & Return Policy.
Customers agree to contact Theracycle directly and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Theracycle reserves the right to dispute chargebacks using supporting documentation, including, but not limited to:
Shipment tracking records
Delivery confirmations
Signed invoices
Financing agreements
Customer communications
Product inspection findings
Return documentation
Policy acceptance records
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
Theracycle products are intended for exercise and wellness purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Theracycle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Governing Law
This Warranty & Return Policy shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Michigan.
Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.
