Purchases, Warranty & Returns
All purchases made through Theracycle are subject to the Warranty & Return Policy in effect at the time of purchase.

Approved returns are subject solely to the conditions outlined in the Warranty & Return Policy.
Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment from our warehouse. Once an order has shipped, the order cannot be canceled and will be subject to the applicable return policy and fees.
Theracycle reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, exchanges, or warranty claims that do not comply with applicable policies.
Shipping Restrictions
For fraud prevention and delivery security purposes:
Orders may only be shipped to verified residential delivery addresses
Theracycle may refuse shipment to business addresses, freight forwarders, storage facilities, PO boxes, mail forwarding services, or unauthorized third-party addresses
Orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized resale activity, or payment irregularities may be delayed, canceled, or refused
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Theracycle is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, customs processing, scheduling conflicts, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery by the carrier.
White Glove Delivery & Assembly Services
White Glove delivery, inside delivery, and assembly services are provided by independent third-party service providers and may not be available in all locations.
White glove service fees are non-refundable.
Theracycle is not liable for:
Scheduling delays
Missed appointments
Service quality
Installation errors by third-party providers
Property damage caused by third-party providers
Delays outside of our control
Customers remain responsible for ensuring proper access and adequate space for delivery and installation.
Financing Purchases
Products purchased using third-party financing remain subject to all applicable Theracycle policies.
Financing fees, interest charges, lender fees, and third-party financing costs are non-refundable.
Customers remain responsible for any scheduled financing payments until an approved return is completed and processed according to the Warranty & Return Policy.
Theracycle is not responsible for financing approval decisions, lender terms, or financing company policies.
International Orders
All international sales are final.
International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.
Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage charges, compliance requirements, and country-specific import restrictions.
Theracycle is not responsible for customs delays, import refusals, confiscations, or additional international shipping costs.
Intellectual Property
